Head, Shoulders, MEES, and toes

After spending some quality time with my two adorable nephews, Ty & Ike, I decided it would be fun to share some of their words!

Ty asked me yesterday, "Katie where did you get my cousin from?" I asked him where he thought "Baby Clayton" came from and he responded... "The baby store!"

He loves his cousin so much. He always wants to hold him and he talks in such a sweet little voice when he says, "Aww...Baby Clayton is so cute. He is so little and tiny. Look at his tiny nose, and his tiny mouth, and his little hair, and his tiny ears." I just love listening to Ty google over his baby cousin! Ty picked out a dump truck and a digger for Baby Clayton. He opened them up right when they arrived at our house and he said, "I wonder if Baby Clayton will let me play with them!"

Ty is a talker...hmmm...you think Jen has anything to do with that! Here are some funny words he used this week:
bellet= belt
hosibal= hospital

mees= knees

Uncle Meal= Uncle Neal

Ty will be 3 years old on August 25th and he's having a John Deer B-day party. He loves tractors!!! His nana Lu bought him a tape measure and he's been walking around measuring everything in our house. He is measuring so he can build his Uncle Meal a door w/a knob for his office. :) He quoted us only $1.00 so it looks like we'll have to go with him!

Ike turned one last February! He is a little daredevil! I was babysitting him and he loves playing on our stairs. I found him upstairs hanging out in Peyton's dog cage with a cell phone and a dump truck. Later he climbed up onto Neal's desk and was sitting up there! He is also quite the waterbug! He loves the pool. He's not afraid at all to dunk his head in. Right now Ike mostly points at things and make sounds that are starting to sound like words. Ty always says..."What did Ikey say?" With his big brother Ty around it's hard for him to get a word in! He does say "Tickle, Tickle!" and a few other things. He loves to snuggle and he LOVES his ma-ma! If Jen goes out to the car to grab something he follows her to the door! He gets the biggest smile on his face when he sees her!

We can't wait until our next adventure with Ty & Ike!
